Overview

This system was designed to give operations leadership a clear view of upcoming crew workload.

Before this system existed, scheduling decisions relied heavily on manually reviewing job sheets and estimating crew availability week by week. It worked when the schedule was lighter, but as the number of active jobs increased it became harder to see problems early.

The goal was to create a system that translated project schedules and job hours into a clear operational forecast.

Instead of manually reviewing job data, the system calculates upcoming workload and surfaces where scheduling pressure is building.
